Let’s assume that you want to charge your phone in Sleep Mode with the laptop lid closed. You can get back the Power Management tab in the device’s Properties after making a tiny change in the Registry Editor. If you are trying to change something related to the device’s power management, but the Power Management tab is missing in Device Manager, here is what you will have to do.
If you can’t find the power management device on your computer, don’t worry. It also controls which hardware can wake the computer up from sleep. The power management on your computer manages which devices will receive power in specified conditions (like Sleep or Hibernation mode).
